How to leverage an email database... middle office -> front office

Hey Guys,

I am interning at a large alternative asset manager think Blackstone, Brookfield, KKR..... I am in a second year working in a middle office role accounting/finance I really want to try and leverage the emails and contact list I have access to and try and pursue an investment role in my third year summer. Being virtual it will be hard to meet people for coffee/talk in the office. (don't think I will be in the office at all this summer) How do you recommend leveraging an email database to network for a summer offer 2021/full time role and establish relationships
