How to move to a larger Special Sit. / Distressed Debt Fund?

For background, I'm working at a 1st time MM Distressed and Special Sits Fund. Associate 3 currently and likely to be promoted to VP this year. Joined the fund straight after MBA and I wanted to explore opportunities at a larger fund now.

Any guidance on how to begin the process? Which recruiters are active in this industry?
