Doable but likely won’t be as easy. Good deal experience, school, GPA, test scores, etc. will generally help. Yale guy with a 3.9 from Jefferies Healthcare will tend to have better opps than a OSU guy with 3.5 from RBC FIG (just using random examples).

Getting a good UMM offer is "hard" even for a GS TMT analyst from harvard - simply not a ton of spots to go around.
