HPS Carry Comp
Hello all - in early stages with HPS for one of the private credit teams and am curious if anyone has insight into how carry works here. If it is across all funds (SLF/CSL etc.) or just the main one your team works on.
This would be at VP/ED level.

Understand carry is « case by case » at HPS (i.e. some VPs get it, others don’t)
At ED level I assume everyone gets something? But no specific colour on amount and funds attached?
It’s at the discretion of your manager and negotiated each year at bonus
