I have some family and very close friends that are analysts or assoc and it’s pretty clear difference between top bank and mid bank. If ur at an EB or BB your email will be flooded w HH like thousands of them… then ur MM banking u gotta grind to get a shot at umm PE and above kinda crazy all this can be based off how hard you went sophomore yr for that internship seeing most top banks will take from intern class
