Introduction fees

I've worked many years for PE firms in operations and now have started advising companies on how to raise capital. Usually for start-ups I charge 2-4% in a mix of cash and sometimes equity. But now I'm advising on an infrastructure project that will raise 1bn (hopefully all from my network but guess we'll see). My question is how much shall I charge and is this money typically baked into the transaction fees? How do sponsors see this?
