I recently set-up a small PE firm in South Africa. We aim to invest in owner-managed businesses (similar to a search fund, but not limited to one investment).
I'm figuring out a lot of things along the way but wanted to hear your thoughts on what makes an investment memo excellent? Any anonymous examples would be super helpful!
