Is Leonard green partners growing?
Is Leonard green considered an up and coming fund / do they plan to keep raising larger funds or expand strategies? Wondering whether they would be an interesting look for associate years.

Grear shop with lots of smart people but not sure if its a firm you will want to (or more like can) stay. Go on the website and look at how many director+ folks there are. Odds are if you’re starting there as an associate or even VP there is no room for you to make partner and make a long term career there
If ppl are MSing this can you explain why?
Website shows a few who have gotten promotes, but the primary reason I was asking abt growth trajectory was to see if promotions would come from turnover or from seat creation as AUM increases.

Any more insights here?
