Been working for months on moving from EM/VP at a T2 shop into Secondaries and just getting silence on the other end. No headhunters return calls, no firms get back, networking leads to great discussions and then just silence. Is this a situation where I need to wait for the market to improve or am I approaching this wrong? I know this jump is atypical and an uphill climb but I'd expect SOME interviews right?
