Keep interviewing for reps?
I signed a 2025 offer I'm happy with. The interviews were more about fit and I feel like I didn't get adequately grilled. I want to keep doing interviews to meet more people in the industry, do longer modeling tests, and get exposed to different fund strategies and interview questions. I genuinely learn so much during interview processes (about myself as well) and don't want to give this up.
Is this a bad idea?
What do you think?
This is the dumbest thing I've heard today. Thank you.
I was about to post this exact same thing. What is wrong with people these days. Praying OP isn’t signed on to my firm, so help me god
Stop before you get caught and the fund rescind your 2025 offer.
Great idea!!!! Go for it! What can possibly go wrong, as a hiring manager I love when my time is wasted!!!
Is this the quality of IB analysts that PE is getting now? No wonder this is the alternatives era ~~
Bro rlly taking interview spots away from ppl who actually need it smh
