KKR A1 Comp
Anyone know what the first-year analyst all-in comp is for KKR's investment teams? (PE, credit, RE, etc.). Saw somewhere on the forum that base was 110 but wondering if anyone has the breakdown with bonus as well.
Cheers!

For RE, bonus probably gets you up to like 170/180 all in but you’ll get worked.
If you don't mind, what's your source? BX apparently does 100% bonus for analysts in RE, so curious that KKR does 50-60%.
Do u have source that bx does 100% bonus? Correct me if im wrong but heard they are around 180k all in
do you know if this is the same for other groups within real estate? for example, real estate capital markets at bx?
Can confirm base is 110. To my understanding this is relatively standard across teams at the entry level.
Am also curious on bonus.
“Cheers”
Following for credit
Base starts at 110 but moves to 120 in 6 months (beginning the January after you start) unlike the banks with summer bonus cycles. Bonuses were ~100% of base pre-raise. TBD on whether the % changes but you’re looking at >200 all-in either way
What would A2 base be? As I thought A2 was 120
bump, curious about analyst - associate comp progression
