Hi, does any one have insight on how comp works at KKR for their principal and director levels?
Also is it consistent across ex-US and US?
Mainly what to expect for base, bonus, carry etc

No direct knowledge, but I would be surprised if it was in any way standard. My guess is there is a wide variation based on different groups, different geographies, different seniority levels and different performance levels.
