KKR SA 2024 Networking
For some reason no alums responded to any of my emails even after following up. Is that just me or do they not take it into consideration and just choose kids based off resume/the little iq test thing we do? Thanks!

When I interviewed they didn't do networking, at least for undergrad PE. Said they actually watched the hirevues and went off of that.
How many years ago was this? And so I assume they just take the best resume/gpa/iq test scores and shoot them HVs, right? Thanks for the insight!

I sent out over 80 messages and got 2 calls with MD's from it. Keep up the grind. It just takes time and prayer.
was this at kkr? asking bc cold emailing is looked at differently from firm to firm depending on culture.
Im non-diversity and semi-target but my peers and I have had KKR superdays for SA 2023 and I didn’t do any networking.
Ace your hirevue and you should hear back for a superday if you’re selected within a few weeks.
iirc KKR had one attempt and 5-7 questions.
At least the team I interviewed seems to do superdays every Thursday, but if they don’t accept anyone from that pool, then they do another round next week. You will generally be notified to schedule a time the prior Friday. YMMV
around how many do you need to get right on the predictive index thing to get a HV? would you say 43-44/50 is solid?
