Lateral offer timing
Two questions on offer timing for laterals (think ASO3 level or VP1):
1. How far in advance does an offer tend to come? Could we see offers this summer being given for starts for summer / fall '24 or are all of these going to be close to immediate / a few months?
2. How long typically do you have to respond to a lateral offer? Obviously A2A on-cycle can be as fast as in-the-room and stretch to as much as a week, but that seems a different dynamic than a more senior level process that's less programmatic.
