You mean GP Stakes ability to pay? Like based on $100 investment size, and you assume you're acquiring 10% of PRE / 20% of FRE?
No more so of modelling the 4 funds of the GP and figuring out the returns from an LP perspective. Never done this before and just looking for some help.
This sounds more like a secondaries model or GP/LP waterfall than an LBO. GP stakes is also a minority equity strategy not a buyout so an LBO shouldn't be appropriate.
