Level Equity Hours and Culture
Im looking into the analyst program at Level out of undergrad. Was wondering what the culture, hours, and split between sourcing and execution are. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
Will likely be sourcing heavy like many other analyst programs
Recruited with them last fall + know someone from my school (and same home town) who works there. Lots of sourcing but also get to do the modeling, so best of both worlds when compared to other shops that are only sourcing.
Any insight on analyst hours?
When I last chatted with this guy about work (this time last year), he said he was doing 70-80h/wk but I think that may have had to do with their raising another fund and possibly being short on people. He also said, though, that that amount of work wasn't typical (I'm 99% certain, it's been awhile since he and I chatted work haha). Tbh, I was really bummed when I didn't make it to their superday bc I thought it would've been an awesome place to work, really enjoyed all my convos with people their and the people I met in the first couple interviews.
