LevFin Analyst Salary Expectations

I am approaching year 2 of being a rotational analyst at a mid-sized Commercial Bank and will be completing the formal credit program in June 2024. At that time, I will have 1 full year of experience on the team I will be pursuing post-program, which is a lev fin role. What should I expect for salary? Should I start the conversation with my managers? If so, when? Looking for any advice on how to navigate the process.
