LMM PE Analyst Exit Ops

Hello,

I'm currently in a 2-year analyst program at a LMM PE firm. The fund is small and generalist (raising $250MM+). Was just curious what exit ops would look like for an LMM analyst after 2 years.

Looking to either jump to another LMM/MM fund or go to growth equity. Are these realistic options?
