LMM PE job secured. How do I knock it out of the park?

Hey all,

So I recently landed a Lower Middle Market PE job at a regional-focused shop in continental Europe out of college.

I wanted to ask the more experienced folks out there, what can I do to be able to add as much value as possible at the job? The team is small (11 people) and the resources available will likely be very limited. However, I want to be able to become a valuable member of the team from the beginning so I can get more and more responsibility.

Any advice is very much appreciated!

Thanks!
