LMM Year 2 Associate Comp in 2025
Was recently informed of my year 2 TC which is 120/120, up from 110/110. Based in a VHCOL (NYC/SF). Just wanted to gather data points to see if this is in line with market or is it time to look elsewhere. Honestly kind of disappointing given current inflation and already insane cost of living in my city but want a reality check.
How big is the fund? Check H&S report.

This is impossible to evaluate without fund size
At a $350mm fund size in a LCOL city, AS1 is 100/100, AS2 is 110/110
