Looking for paid mentor in front office finance

Hi everyone,

im looking for someone who has enough experience in front office finance to be a mentor for me, more giving me guidance on how to survive in an all white male environment as an introvert Asian female  (example, gaining more visibility, how to be assertive with the right balance, how to guard boundaries, how to best work with aggressive coworkers etc.) tips on how to navigate buy side/ front office with strong confidence would be key focus.

if you are interested in coaching and helping relatively junior professionals in this particular aspect, feel free to ping me. We can discuss the detail offline but currently recurring paid sessions are what I am thinking. I am based in Western Europe and online coaching is more than welcomed.

If not a troll post, making a distinction between yourself and others as well as saying you're trying to "survive" isn't exactly necessary, nor is it setting yourself up for success from this post, would recommend rewording:

"...more giving me guidance on how to survive in an all white male environment as an introvert Asian female"
