Mentor

I usually invest in real estate (sub $500m purchases) however I came across a deal where I ended up passing on the property but purchased a manufacturing business in a very interesting niche market.  It seemed like a good deal and the financing was really attractive so I decided to give it a shot. There’s only a handful of businesses in this old and sleepy line of work and I think that there’s an opportunity to acquire a few of the remaining companies to get some pricing power. However, I have no experience or knowledge with raising money and acquiring businesses. I am looking for a mentor that could give me some guidance. Any ideas where I can find a mentor for something like this?
