MF PC TO MF PE
With on-cycle going on right now, I was curious to see if anyone in MF PC is considering recruiting for MF PE or has in the past. Is this possible at the Analyst/Associate level?

Never seen someone go from MF credit to MF PE
If you consider BDT mega fund then it’s possible
I saw an associate from credit going to a MF in Europe (Cinven; go check linkedin). It’s possible but most people want to stay in credit as this is already perceived as „the exit“. That’s why you don’t see it too often.
