Even if you didn’t do the model, why can’t you talk about the LBO related metrics? If you just look at the materials your Associate put together, wouldn’t you be able to cite the common metrics (e.g., growth rates, margin expansion, NWC improvement, M&A, key sensitivities, etc.)?

My 2 cents here, as long as you can back it up (emphasize) say you did the model and was there end to end…
all it takes is a small chat with the ASO/VP to get more background and go thru the memo/deck..
I mean put yourself on the other side, I rather go with someone who was there than not…it’s not about honestly it’s about selling yourselves..
