Curious to know if anyone has insights into what the mobility opportunities are at firms like Advent or Bain Capital that have multiple sector teams, strategies (in Bain Cap’s case, although Advent has a public’s team), and geographies? Is it possible to do a rotation away from the team/location you were hired for?
