Need help leaving PE

Currently working at a top MM PE firm. I want to leave and do something else. I love talking to people and enjoying strategy. I do not want to work more than 50 hours a week. I want to make 6 figures and enjoy my job.

I am considering:
- GS PWM
- Tech Sales
- Big Tech strategy role
- IR at a large fund
- Family Office
- Endowment

I am open to anything. Does anyone have any other ideas or insight into the roles I listed above?

You could probably easily transition into IR at your current fund. Idk how your fund pays but at my MF it seems that the folks got 80% - 85% total cash comp (no carry of course) but worked 9-6/7pm most of the time and pretty limited weekend work.

The more senior you get you’re expected to be ‘sales-y’ and less execution so you may enjoy that aspect. The head of IR was pretty well respected by our IC as well so that also seemed appealing.

Seemed like a pretty underrated gig but thats just one firm
