For which PE team? There are separate programs for Secondarjes vs. Primaries/Co-Invest.
NB PE goes through headhunters - Secondaries uses SG Partners, not sure if Primaries/Co-invest used the same. Typically they don’t hire at the analyst level, usually Associates who came out of 2 years of IB. Occasionally they will hire at the analyst level, but only for experienced workers, not as a campus recruiting program.
