Non-Finance Job / Career Pivot Resume Template for Current PE Associate

Posted in here the other day about how I am looking to transition out of finance. Does anyone have a blanker resume template they have used in the past for PE professionals moving out of finance? Looking to convey the complexity of what I have done work wise but not in the "finance language" of deal experience, etc. that is typical in resumes for deal execution / finance jobs. A little hard in my mind to do the typical STAR format you see with "normal" jobs given the variety of work we do on a day-to-day basis and the fact that it's hard to quantify results in this field as a junior deal team member (especially without having closed a deal during my time in PE).
