Non-PE 1st Year Analyst Comps at Top Megafunds (Carlyle/Blackstone/KKR etc.)
Hey everyone,
I'm joining a non-PE group within a top megafund (Carlyle/Blackstone//KKR/Apollo etc.) as a summer analyst next year and am wondering if anyone has any insights as far as what I can expect for total comp (base + bonus) for a 1st year analyst.
Appreciate any input!
What division / function are you joining? At BX, the front office investment professional roles pay largely the same across strategies on the junior level.
