Paid $4,600 for a 2 bed / 2 bath shared with significant other. I paid $3,000 and they paid the remaining balance. Total comp was $450-$500.
Seems low or like a great deal. What neighborhood? Doorman building?

It wasn’t Manhattan and I was an Associate 2. Building didn’t really have amenities so always trade offs.
