NYC PE Funds with best culture / wlb
Understand wlb is poor in pe but anyone have experience with or know of pe firms with good cultures and relatively good wlb?
Open to MM/LMM funds (don’t care for MF)

There was a Bloomberg article recently about them having a literal public ranking of all interns based on sourcing quotas so not sure about this one

2. Doesn't change the fact that their wlb is very easy
I have friends there and I don’t know if that part is true but it’s a very cut throat place. Not working the same hours as a MF but there’s a ton of juniors and a narrow promotion track and they’re very focused on quantifiable metrics (ie how many sourcing emails / calls you do a month).
Performance also sucks so have heard the pressure has ramped recently and it’s a very sharp elbowed place - more of a tech vibe where it’s not overtly toxic like an Apollo but very much a stab you in the back place
