How different is interviewing as a second year vs as a first year? How do the interviews change - I’m sure the bar is higher but any tips from anyone who went through this? Understand that would need to stay as a third year

The bars higher but not THAT much higher. I would expect to spend much more time talking about your deals and what you contributed, but I wouldn’t expect a completely separate modeling test
