Curious about this. Does not getting coffee chats mean you won't get interviews for on cycle? Seeing all the threads go up but is it typical to get interviews with no coffee chat before hand?

I did on cycle in 2022 and ended up interviewing and signing with a UMM fund I had never interacted with in my life before

How was that process?
2x zoom interviews and then a superday in office the next day (5 x 30min interviews)
No model test?
Paper LBO and an excel test. My bad, one of the super day interviews was a 90min+ excel test
