I’m about to start as an A1 and I’m privileged to fall in the diversity bucket. I know lots of PE firms will do breakfasts and dinners in advance of recruiting. Are any of them diversity specific? Have any invites gone out? Does being invited to these events indicate that I’m likely to get an interview?
