On cycle recruiting from non-target bank (HL CF)??

I just started as an analyst at Houlihan CF in the New York office and (like every other analyst on this forum) want to recruit for PE. Lots of my friends at other firms are already hearing from headhunters and firms while literally no one has reached out to me yet.

Anyone have insight into what exit opps look like from HL CF / any advice for on cycle recruiting from a bank that’s not GS/MS/Evercore…?

Thanks guys

Former HL CF analyst from the NYC office (ignore title). PE recruiting into MM/UMM is very possible and 90%+ of analysts that recruit do place. The current analysts should have forwarded your info to HHs but if not, just reach out to the major ones directly. Your coverage group will have a small but material impact on looks though.
