All I know is that they are extremely aggressive in the market right now, probably due to having a lot of AUM

Bump - any more insight?
I'm in private credit and a to be frank I don't know how they diligence their deals, given the pace they've been putting out capital. They're putting capital out the door in $50mm+ chunks very fast. I'm not sure how much their fund is levered, but I am skeptical. Seems like the 3 founders just want to flip it to a BDC and get out before the economy cycles.
I agree. I've seen a peek at their tech deck and they have a good grasp of revelevant players and market position, so someone has a clue what they're doing. I am really curious to see how it all turns out. I'll ask around and see if I can find out more.
General sentiment at my shop is the same overall level of suspicion regarding their underwriting criteria. Completely agree that's likely their plan to just take the BDC public and cash out.
I would be shocked if they did any diligence at all frankly
BDC, multiple vertical focus including healthcare, business services, tech and others. More than $5B aum. Looks like a direct competitor to Ares, Golub, etc.
That being said, i know they are hiring like crazy. Would be interested to hear what they are paying at the Ass./Sr Ass./ Vp level
On par with Ares and the like, sometimes slightly better if they like the candidate.

Interested in this, I am interviewing for their rtransportation subsidiary, and can't find much on them.
