Pay step up from AS2 to SA
In terms of percentage, what compensation step up have you seen/would you expect when going from 2nd year Associate to Senior Associate? I've received the communication that I'll receive the promotion at the end of the year, but there's been no compensation discussed, and I want to understand what is market.
For relevant metrics, fund size is just over ~$100M and current comp is ~$225K all in, split base and bonus. entirely unsure what to expect or ask for when going up to the next role.

Would turn the question back to you and ask how much was the annual step up between A1 to A2? I would think it’s usually double that. At $1bn fund and the step up between A3 and SA1 was $50K total comp
I stepped up $15K base from A1 to A2, so If that's the case, then it would be a $30K base step up
# of years ago now, but my base went up from $135 to $150, same target bonus %.
How much did base step up from a1 to a2?
I effectively joined as an A2 and base was 135 for a bit less than half a year, which didn't get bumped up for the next full year. Then after 1.5 years got the promo to 150. So that didn't really apply to me.
