Intern - who care, if you’re there for the weekly payroll, you’re stupid

Associate - ~$300-500k

VP $500-1000

Principal - $1,000-3,000, which is cash + carry; cash is about $1m+

Partner - $3-10m, $2-3m is cash

Having a blow out fund where you have real economics, getting deal specific carry where you crush it, or getting to be a top partner (leadership committee, firmwide mgmt etc) is where it really starts to get silly… think tens of millions.
