Does anyone have any insight on any private credit firms or groups that are known for good cultures (wlb, internal support, career development, etc)? Went into PC to have a better life than what I perceived PE to be, but really ended up being pretty demoralizing. Wondering if anyone knew any places where people have supportive coworkers/environments while also not working >85 hours a week routinely or if I should start thinking of a career outside of all this crap
