PE Analysts - What are we making these days?

I’m currently an analyst at one of the larger alternative asset managers in the world.

The work is pretty interesting, hours aren’t great, and pay is pretty weak (considering what I feel that other mega funds might pay)

Though I’m grateful to have such an opportunity, I’m genuinely curious what other analysts in PE are getting out there in terms of compensation. Would love a pulse on the general market.
