Hi all - Considering an opportunity at a PE-backed portco doing $6m-10m in revenue in the sports media / marketing / entertainment industry (with 40-50 FTEs). Company is founded and funded by the PE firm owner and they're now actively looking to raise capital.
The role is Director level with hybrid responsibilities General Management (of brands) / Growth Strategy (evaluating M&A opps, JVs, investments, etc).
Any idea on what I should expect for compensation (base salary, bonus, equity)?
