Does anyone have intel on what BD/sourcing comp looks like for VP seats at MM/UMM funds from $1-5bn and $5-10bn+? I know there is are H&S reports out there, just interested to hear any anecdotes/other perspectives. I have to think it's quite variable as each fund has its own view on the role. Just interested in any thoughts/updates in what's a seemingly tough hiring market in 2024

It is quite variable. 350-475k cash, 0-4mm DAW are decent guidelines. I’m sure outliers exist.
