Hi everyone, I’m looking to get a sense of the typical compensation range for BD roles in PE at different levels, such as Associate, VP, and Director. I’m sure it varies significantly on fund size but still would be nice to get some color. Would also be nice to hear about what the day-to-day responsibilities are like and what potential exit opportunities exist. Was thinking of doing BD work then pivoting to an M7 afterwards.
