PE case study
Quick Q - when doing a case study / modelling test for a PE firm, are you given a price (or entry multiple) against which to benchmark an investment decision? Clearly you can reverse into an acceptable price from e.g. a 20% target IRR, but I don't see how you can make an investment decision without being given a specific price to calculate your realised IRR off?
