PE Case Study - Any Advice?

Hello Chimps,

I have a 3hr modelling case study as the final round interview process at a PE firm. I am at a grad level although have had 9 months full time work experience in PE.

I’ve been told I will be given supporting material to assess a potential opportunity and prepare a short-form paper for the Investment Committee containing analysis and recommendations, followed by a presentation.

Any pointers on what should be included in the short form paper? I imagine key sections such as risks/mitigations, transaction structure, return metrics, recommendation etc will be needed.

Any advice on key points to include would be great, thank you for the help.
