Currently a second year PE Associate working at large pension fund. Looking to move on in the coming months and heavily thinking about doing something like strategy / ops / corp dev.
Any advice in how to approach this type of recruiting given my background? How would one tailor their resume for these types of roles (e.g., what is best way to show / extent of detail around deal experience)?
