PE First Few Weeks
Starting a new job in a few weeks at a PE shop...have a ton of experience on the actual technical analysis stuff (oil and gas acquisitions) but will be new to doing it a fund level (have been running A&D at a PE PortCo for the last 3ish years for a different PE fund)...but trying to make sure I hit the ground running those first few weeks...what are things that helped you getting acclimated to the culture, the people, the processes?
