PE on-cycle recruiting
Hey guys,
I recently received an IB offer, and although it might be too early to even be thinking about this, but I was pretty late to the IB game, so don't wanna be late for another recruitment process.
I'm curious to those who did IB --> PE on-cycle, when did you guys start prepping for interviews and building up industry knowledge? Also is networking necessary for pe on-cycle recruiting or do recruiters reach out to you first? completely clueless about the entire process so feel free to throw any info you think is relevant. Thank you!
