PE Ops - Finance Team
Hi all,
I have an offer for a PE Ops role on their finance team (Fund Size: ~2B AUM). It's a growth equity focused firm. I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on what hours typically look like for these roles. Per the JD, the role involves budgeting for the fund itself & investor reporting/valuations for the portfolio companies. Comp is 140 all in if that helps at all (average?). I'm coming from a Corp Finance role so not sure what to expect for workload. Also, would having this boost my resume when looking for future jobs? Any help is greatly appreciated!
