Dear Monkeys,
I’m currently VP Operating Partner at an UMM PE fund. Received an offer to be MD (N-2) of a small business unit (<€1Mn Ebitda) at a MF PortCo.
My end goal is to eventually become N/N-1 at a PE PortCo and jump from exit to exit (easier said than done, I know).
Shall I take this new role or remain in current seat and await for an opportunity at a larger business unit?
